This fleur de sel from the Camargue region of France is our favorite because of the gorgeous packaging. It is hand collected by the saltworkers of Aiuges-Mortes, a medieval walled city in the Camargue. Typically used as a finishing salt, keep this near my stove and use it on everything! Our favorite thing is to sprinkle it on top of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies.
